2014
Iloilo Business Park released its official AVP, stirring up excitement across the region. The video serves as a heartfelt ‘love letter’ from Megaworld Corporation to Iloilo City. In this presentation, the developer articulates its plans and promises for the city and outlines how it intends to elevate Iloilo City to global prominence.
The visuals in the video are all graphics and renderings of proposed projects and buildings because, at this time, Iloilo Business Park is just an empty piece of land—an abandoned airport runway, to be exact.
2015
The very first Site Update Video of Iloilo Business Park was released in 2015, the year when vertical structures became apparent. Richmonde Hotel Iloilo, McDonald’s IBP, and a couple of BPO buildings were already open for business. The Mall, ICON, Marriott Hotel, and Festive Walk Parade were still under construction. The residential condominiums were not even visible yet.
The Ilonggos, seeing IBP materialize before their eyes, felt excitement and frenzied interest about what was to come. IBP updated their official ‘explainer’ AVP to clearly convey what to expect in the township.
2016
2nd Site Update Video. This time IBP had an operational Showroom Building. ICON, Marriott Hotel, and the Mall was already taking shape. One Madison Place condominium was also visibly progressing.
This was the year when IBP was gaining notice on the global stage. International investors began to realize that investing in this township was the best move. Consequently, IBP’s marketing team updated the infographic video and even created a 30-second ad.
2017
Another site update: Festive Walk Parade was taking shape. The three towers of One Madison Place were also apparent. Other condominiums — Lafayette and Palladium — were in their initial phases of construction.
2018
As the northern part of the township nears full development — including the opening of ILOMOCA (the first modern art gallery in the region) — Iloilo Business Park created this quick-hitting site update.
Iloilo Business Park was becoming a very popular lifestyle destination for Ilonggos and visitors. This short commercial video simply shows why it’s fun in this township.
2019
From simple milestones to the biggest achievements, Iloilo Business Park houses various moments you can share with your family, friends, and loved ones.
Additionally, this was the year that a teaser for the modern office tower, International Corporate Plaza, was released.
The Site Update video was released later than usual for this year.
2020
In the year the pandemic started, IBP adjusted to making videos with minimal personnel due to strict protocols. This led to the creation of several walkthrough videos for interested investors of residential properties in the township.

Later that year, IBP produced videos showcasing how safe and convenient it is to live in the township.
Near the end of 2020, Ilongga Miss Universe Philippines Rabiya Mateo graced the township with her presence.
2021
As Iloilo City, along with many parts of the world, recovers from the COVID-19 pandemic, IBP produced this hopeful video spreading the message of “Moving Forward Together in 2021.”
This year, Lafayette Park Square gained popularity as the newest operational residential tower.
It was also this year that The Pinnacle was heavily marketed as the newest residential condominium. This rendered walkthrough video presented what to expect in the luxurious tower.
Walkthrough videos were such a big hit in 2020. IBP tried to replicate that success by making a series of the same type of videos — The Pinnacle Studio unit, our sales office, and a model office unit of International Corporate Plaza.
2022
After much anticipation, IBP unveiled its Site Update video, placing a strong emphasis on the township’s LIVE-WORK-PLAY-and-LEARN lifestyle.
2023
To give investors a glimpse of life in their Italian-inspired residential tower, Iloilo Business Park released a new video this year showcasing the recently launched Firenze Residences.
Iloilo Business Park ended the year with this short but sleek Site Update video.
2024
As the township’s modern office tower, International Corporate Plaza neared completion. IBP captured the excitement by interviewing Philippine-Canadian entrepreneur Michael Siervo about his investment in Iloilo Business Park.
